I couldn't sleep all night last night - my muscles were getting tighter and tighter and now I'm so sore it's funny.
You know when something hurts so bad it kind of tickles? Welcome to my Friday. I had to go for a nice walk this morning to really stretch out my muscles if I was going to do this workout today.
It's the exact same workout for 10 days straight, so I kind of knew what I was expecting. Because this bitch is almost all legs, my thighs are what really kill. My arms, abs, and calves feel pretty okay. I had to take a lot more breaks in the workout today and spent the entire 30 minutes really HARDCORE coaching myself to push on. I can't wait until I'm no longer sore. I feel like I'm slowly decaying.
But I got it DONE. So there's that. At least I didn't wimp out and make a stupid excuse not to do it. That's what I typically do.
